Is this a ceremony or reception?

We are privately eloping, but we would love to celebrate this special chapter with all of our friends and family. Our wedding celebration will be a reception-style gathering with dinner, drinks, dancing, and plenty of time to celebrate together.

Is there a dress code?

We kindly ask guests to dress in garden party attire. Think polished but comfortable, with outfits that feel festive, romantic, and appropriate for an outdoor celebration. Sundresses, midi or maxi dresses, dressy jumpsuits, button-down shirts, slacks, chinos, and blazers are all great options. Since the wedding will take place outdoors, we recommend choosing shoes that are comfortable for grass and uneven ground. Please keep in mind that mountain evenings can get cool, so bringing a light layer is a good idea.

Answer

We recommend staying in Great Barrington, MA to avoid lengthy drives. Lots of hotels and Airbnbs are in the area.
