For our guests flying in: The closest airport to fly into is Gerald R. Ford International Airport ( GRR) in Grand Rapids. The cozy beach town we are throwing our party in is approximately 45 miles away from this airport.
Lodging:
*There are 7 rooms blocked at the ship and shore motel/boatel. The link is provided to easily book on their website. The blocks will be released 60 days prior to the wedding date. This is right downtown & on the river.
* We have 10 rooms blocked out at the Best Western in Saugatuck for Thursday, Friday, and Saturday nights. If you choose this route, the rooms must be booked 45 days prior to arrival date
*There are a ton of cute Airbnb's in the areas as well. Book sooner rather than later as this beach town is a tourist destination in the summer months!
*The next closest city to book a hotel at is in Holland, the bride's hometown, located along the lakeshore that is roughly 15-20 minutes away with more affordable options for hotels.
