FAQs

Question

What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

AT LEAST 15 minutes before the start of the ceremony. 1:45 at the very latest.

Question

What should I wear?

Answer

Semi-formal: Cocktail dresses and jumpsuits, dark suits and ties, etc.

Question

Will the wedding be indoors?

Answer

Ceremony: Indoor Cocktail Hours: Indoor & Outdoor option (bring a coat) Reception: Indoor

Question

Will transportation to the venue be provided?

Answer

Transportation to and from the ceremony will be on the guests. Following the ceremony, transportation from the blocked hotel to the reception and back will be provided for guests who don't want to worry about driving to the reception. However, if you choose to drive to the reception, there is ample parking available. We ask that you please remain safe in your decision to drive/take the provided shuttles following the reception.

Question

Can I bring my kids?

Answer

To allow all wedding guests, including parents, a night of relaxation and uninhibited revelry, we respectfully ask that no children attend the reception. We encourage guests to take the opportunity to let your hair down and celebrate in style! Thank you for your understanding.

Question

What to do if I have allergies/restrictions?

Answer

We'll be serving light passed hors d'oeuvres during cocktail hour, followed by a family style dinner and dessert. A space will be provided when guests RSVP to provide us with any dietary restrictions/allergies that we should be made aware of for the reception.

Question

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Of course! While there is not the direct need to bring cash for drinks, tips for the bartenders are always appreciated!

Question

If I am from out of town, where should I stay?

Answer

We are currently still working on hotel blocking. However, there will be shuttle transportation from the hotel to the reception venue and back at the end of the night! While spending the night in the hotel is not mandatory, we strongly suggest getting a hotel room for convenience and the provided shuttle. Please see the Travel tab herein for more information.

Question

Can I take pictures during the ceremony to post on social media?

Answer

While we do not plan on having an unplugged ceremony, we do have an amazing photographer who will be documenting our big day. With that being said, we encourage you to live in the moment as we plan to be. Please do not cause a distraction and be reverent of the church ceremony. Thank you!

Question

What's the best way to RSVP?

Answer

We prefer you to RSVP via our wedding website here on the "RSVP" tab (The RSVPs function in Zola will be opened once invitations go out). This will allow us to track attendance as well as meal preferences and dietary restrictions/allergies.

Question

What's the best way to contact you if I have additional questions?

Answer

If you have any additional concerns or questions, feel free to reach out to Jaime or Trey! We love hearing from all of our family and friends.
