FAQs

If you have any other questions about the wedding not seen here, don't hesitate to contact us! You can find all our contact info on the COVID Protocols page.
Question

How do we RSVP?

Answer

We are doing online RSVPs through this website to make things easier and more environmentally friendly! When you receive your invitation you will also get an RSVP response card with this wedding website URL. Simply go to the RSVP page and follow the instructions. If you have any questions or concerns about the RSVP process, feel free to contact us and we're glad to help.

Question

Are vaccinations required?

Answer

Yes. We are requiring all guests who want to attend in person, including any plus ones, to be fully vaccinated in order to keep everyone more protected. If you have not gotten a booster yet, we highly encourage you to do so prior to the wedding for increased protection. Our venue may require proof of vaccination, so please bring your vaccination card, a picture of your vaccination card, or an authenticated vaccination app on your phone, just in case. Please see our COVID protocols page for more information.

Question

Are masks required?

Answer

Currently, Montgomery County, Maryland has removed masking requirements for indoor public gatherings. However, we will have masks available to anyone who needs them on the day of the wedding, and encourage their use when not eating or drinking.

Question

Is COVID testing required?

Answer

We are not currently requiring COVID testing for in-person attendance, but we HIGHLY ENCOURAGE everyone to be tested within 24-48 hours prior to the ceremony. This is a small thing that will also help keep everyone safer during this time. And of course, while we hope this does not happen, if you test positive, even if you feel fine, or if you haven't gotten tested but are feeling even a little under the weather, please just let us know you will not be able to attend. We will miss celebrating with you, but we want to prioritize safety first and foremost.

Question

Will there be kids at the wedding?

Answer

We love kids, but we are planning a celebration just for the adults, so this wedding will be kid-free.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We've tried to allow for "plus ones" as much as our venue will permit, and that will be indicated on the invitations. All plus one guests must be vaccinated as well.

Question

What's the dress code?

Answer

We'll just say that tuxedoes and ballgowns would be too formal, and jeans and tee-shirts would be too casual. We trust everyone to find the right outfit, and we know you'll all look great! If the weather permits, our ceremony may be outdoors, but the cocktail hour and reception will be mostly inside.

Question

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes, though our bar will be beer and wine only. But hopefully everyone can find something they like to toast with!

Question

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

There is plenty of free parking at the venue. You can also use Uber or Lyft, though based on the location, if you use a car service you will want to give yourself a little bit of time when requesting a pick-up.

Question

What time do we need to arrive?

Answer

Our ceremony will start promptly at 5 PM, so plan to arrive in enough time to be seated by then, ideally between 4:30 and 4:55 PM.
