Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes, the dress code is Black Tie. Women must wear floor-length evening gowns. Men must wear Tailored Suits (Tuxes Preferred) with Neckties or Bowtie. Guests approved colors are: Brown, Dark Green, Navy, and Black. Beading, Lace, Jacquard, and Sparkles accepted. NO BRIGHT COLORS OR PATTERNS.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Ceremony will start promptly at 5:30 PM. Please arrive to the venue LATEST 5:00 PM.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love to watch your children grow and play, this is an adult-only kind of day. We thank you for understanding.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes, we have added in the Hotel section all recommended hotels within the area.

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes, there will be a Valet on-site for all parking

Is there transportation to and from the hotel to the venue?

Answer

Yes, we will have shuttles that will pick up and drop off from Hilton Garden Inn to Swan Club. More information will be shared closer to the date.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

We are at capacity with our venue which means we are sadly unable to accommodate additional guests. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your RSVP.
