The Artsgarden is centrally located in the heart of downtown. We have included various options that hopefully provide a solution for everyone. We are within blocks of Lucas Oil, The Convention Center, and more. We encourage everyone to book your rooms ASAP as events constantly pop up and these hotels fill up fast! We have a handful of rooms blocked at the following hotels. Due to being in a high demand area each hotel has only provided us with so many rooms at a time. If these blocks fill up we will do our best to secure additional rooms at the location. You are free to book outside of our block as it is not indicative of the overall availability at that hotel. You may also book with any nearby hotel as there are MANY within blocks to The Conrad and Artsgarden. If you would prefer to stay outside of the city there are many options available at reasonable rates. We have included a list of convenient areas below for you to begin your search.

This is where the cocktail hour will be held. It is also connected to the Artsgarden for convenience. There is a daily parking rate of $45 for overnight parking.

The Embassy Suits is attached to The Artgarden and provides easy access to both the cocktail hour and reception. Daily parking is $44 and allows for in and out access.

The Hyatt Regency is attached to The Artsgarden and provides easy access to the cocktail hour and reception. A daily parking fee will apply.

The Westin is within a block of The Artsgarden and within walking distance. There is a $45 per night parking fee.

Travel Note

Hotel Stays Outside Of The City

There are many hotels located in Carmel, IN. Most are within a 10 minute drive of our ceremony and a 35 minute drive of the cocktail hour and reception. There are many routes you can take to drive into downtown that are easy to navigate. Valet parking will be available at The Conrad for $35 if you wish to drive that evening.
