Question

When to RSVP?

Answer

You can RSVP as soon as you would like, but if you could please send your RSVP by June 12, 2026 that would be greatly appreciated.

Can I take photos during the ceremony ?

Answer

We kindly ask you to not take photos during the ceremony. We have hired a wonderful photographer to capture the moment and we want all our guest just to enjoy it.

What to do between the ceremony and reception ?

Answer

We would like all guest leave the hall in between the ceremony and reception to allow for the change in venue set-up. As for what sort of activities you can do, go check out the "Things to Do" tab.

Where can I park ?

Answer

There is parking at the Coldstream Hall, street parking, and at the Coldstream christian church parking lot across the street from the hall. If you park your car at the church parking lot and leave it overnight it must be gone by 9AM.

Is the ceremony and reception indoors or outdoors ?

Answer

Our ceremony and reception will both be held at the Coldstream hall. This venue allows for indoor/outdoor set up. Depending on weather this can easily be adjusted.

What type of bar will be at the reception ?

Answer

We will be having a toonie bar, please bring cash and we will provide you with drink tickets.

Will dinner be served at the reception ?

Answer

Yes dinner will be provided as a buffet style with a few different protein options as well as side options. Please let us know if you have any food allergies or dietary restrictions and we will do our best to accommodate.

Can I bring a plus one ?

Answer

All guest have received their RSVP. If you think we have forgotten someone please reach out and let us know.

What transportation will be available ?

Answer

There is Vernon taxi, Capitol taxi, and the Uride app for getting back to your place after the party !

Are children allowed at the wedding ?

Answer

Although we love your little ones, we have decided to keep this celebration adults-only. Thank very much for understanding.
