The Wedding Website of Jaime Caldwell and Greg Watson
Question

What should I wear?

Answer

Attire: Dressy Casual / Smart Casual... whatever you want to call it. The ceremony will be outdoors and the reception is semi-outdoors (tented). Best advice is to look nice, but be comfortable enough for this setup - and check the weather! Also, this isn't the wedding to bust out your stilettos. Wear shoes you feel comfortable navigating outdoor pathways in (and to boogie on the dance floor with us).

Question

What if I have mobility issues?

Answer

The walks from the parking area to the ceremony, and the ceremony to the reception are fairly short. However, the venue staff are ready with golf carts for those in need of assistance to and from.

Question

Will there be a shuttle between the hotel and venue?

Answer

We are working to finalize the details, but yes, we are planning a shuttle to and from the Comfort Inn & Suites nearby. We'll post the specifics as soon as available. Heads up: knowing a majority of our guests are from out of state and likely to utilize the shuttle, we strongly encourage you to get in the queue early! Arriving a little early to enjoy the beautiful scenic venue is much better than missing part of the ceremony, right?

Question

Can I bring my kids?

Answer

We have opted not to include young children. Rest assured, we think your little ones are great, but we thank you in advance for booking a babysitter and giving yourselves a night off to celebrate with us!

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Please refer to the original invitation you received. Unless your invite specified "and guest" please stick to the guest names listed on the invite.
