We encourage semi-formal attire, but please no jeans. We recommend flowy dresses, country glam, and of course cowboy/girl boots. Think formal with a western kick! Ladies, some events will be outdoors and plan for lots of dancing, choose shoes wisely lol!
We recommend arriving at the ceremony site by 3:30 PM to ensure a relaxed and unhurried experience. We'll be hosting a brief welcome event before the ceremony, giving you time to settle in and enjoy a complimentary beverage. The ceremony will begin precisely at 4 PM, so we encourage you to arrive early and get comfortable.

Yes, there is an on site parking lot for all guests. There are handicap spots up front, as well as a golf cart to shuttle guests up to the site.
Yes, a shuttle will be provided to and from Marriott Courtyard.
