Guest are kindly asked to book their own flights. We recommended arriving in Calgary no later than October 2 to allow time for rest and some sightseeing before the wedding.

Transportation

The Ridge is accessible via shuttle or private car. There's designated drop-off area and guest parking available. The venue recommends as many people as possible take the provided shuttle as there is limited parking spots.

We've reserved a block of rooms at the Best Western in Okotoks. A discount is provided by calling hotel at 403-995-6262 ext 2 and asking to reserve room under Welch Sowa Wedding!

Wedding Venue

Answer

The ceremony, cocktail hour and reception will all take place at The Ridge. The venue is primarily outside so please remember to bring layers. There is also a strict no outside alcohol rule at the venue please reframe from bringing alcohol to the venue there will be lots provided.

Can my kids come to your Wedding?

Although we do love your kiddos we ask that the wedding remain an adults only party unless specified otherwise!
