FAQs

Have some questions about the wedding? Hopefully, the answer you're looking for is right here! If you have a question about the wedding that you don't see listed below, please email us at edandjaimewedding@gmail.com, and we will get back to you ASAP!
Question

What about the weather?

Answer

Rain or shine, we’re getting hitched and celebrating! Festivities will move inside to the Dining Hall if weather becomes an issue. Although, even with a little rain, we will have an event tent and pavilion at our disposal to keep the festivities outdoors.

Question

What should I wear?

Answer

We suggest “Casual” to “Dressy-Casual”, but really, just come as you are! Its late June, outdoors, at a camp. We want you to be comfortable and have a good time!

Question

Im staying onsite in a cabin or tent. What will I need to bring?

Answer

Each rustic cabin has about 6-12 twin bunk beds, a fireplace, outlets and lights. Very charming and cozy, but basic amenities none-the-less. We suggest bringing the following items to make your stay comfortable: Bedding - Sleeping bag or sheets & blanket, pillow etc. for a twin sized mattress. Toiletries - Toothbrush, soap, washcloth, towel, etc. There are bathroom and shower facilities on site, however you will need to bring any toiletries you may need. Snacks / Drinks - Although we will provide most of the food for the entire weekend, we suggest bringing snacks and drinks to keep in your cabin. Just in case you need a little something to hold you over until the next meal. Flashlight or Headlamp. Phone charger. Extension cord. Cards or games. Radio (although we do ask that you respect the 11pm noise curfew at Camp Cedarcrest). Change of clothes. Rain jacket. Bug Spray. Cooler Tylenol / Allergy Medication Candles

Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

If you are: Staying in a cabin or camping the night of the wedding: - You should arrive at 12:30. This will give you enough time to find your assigned cabin or camping lot, set up, explore the camp, and get ready for the ceremony at 3:00pm. Just here for the day and staying off site/not camping: - You should arrive at 2:00pm. This will give you enough time to explore the camp and get ready for the ceremony at 3:00pm.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is onsite parking at the camp, and the entrance to the parking lot will be marked for easy location. Jaime made a detailed map of the campsite that we included in your invitation. Although we will have copies of the map for you upon arrival, please bring use the enclosed map to help find your way to and around the camp site.

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We ask that you RSVP by May 25th, 2018. You can reserve a cabin space or tent camping lot through the RSVP section of our wedding website.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If your invitation says “and Guest,” then yes, if not, we would prefer if it was just you.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love your kids—we really do. But we want our wedding to be your night off!

Question

Answer

WWW.ZOLA.COM/WEDDING/JAIMEANDED/REGISTRY In lieu of physical gifts, we have set up and online "Honeymoon Fund Registry"...because what we really want more than anything is to start our marriage with some much needed time off together!
