What if the room block is full?

That's ok!! You can still book a room at the same hotel, just go through the booking process without the group code.

What should I wear?

Answer

Short answer: Cocktail Attire Men typically wear a suit and tie while women wear a cocktail dress, but feel free to be as formal as you'd like!

Is there transportation from the hotel to the ceremony and reception?

Answer

Yes! We set up two time slots (3:20pm and 4pm) From the Hotel to the venue and back at the end of the night. (9:50pm and 10:30pm)

Can I drive myself to the venue?

Answer

Yes! There is plenty of parking at the venue.

Can I leave my car in the parking lot of the venue and take the shuttle back to the hotel?

Answer

Yes! If you end up needing a lift back to the hotel you can leave your car over night at the venue.

What if I stay at a different hotel but want to take the shuttle?

You can drive to Springhill Suites to take the shuttle from hotel to the venue!

What time can I check in at the hotel?

3pm! Whether you arrive Thursday or Friday check-in is at 3pm for our wedding guests
