Here are the directions coming from Portland: (1) Get on OR-217 S. (2) Take I-5 S to Exit 260A Dr MLK Jr Pkwy in Salem. (3) Take OR-22 W to N Oak Grove Rd in Polk County. The turn is right before "Restlawn Memory Gardens". (4) Continue on N Oak Grove Rd for about 2.5 miles before arriving at Pinot Vista Vineyard. The destination will be on the left.
