We encourage guests to dress formally. We expect that guests can use their judgment to adhere to the formal dress code.

Are children allowed at the wedding?

Answer

No, children (and pets) are not allowed at the wedding. This includes the ceremony, cocktail hour, and the reception.

How early can I arrive to the venue?

Answer

Technically, as early as you please. For wedding services 15 minutes prior to ceremony will allow you to be seated. Ceremony and reception area will not be accessible prior to their designated start times.

Is there any transportation to and from the venue?

Answer

All guests are responsible for their own transportation to and from the venue. We highly encourage utilizing a rideshare service (Uber, Lyft, etc.) so you can enjoy a worry-free night. There is free but limited parking at the venue, so guests may use their own vehicle if desired. Keep in mind the venue will still be used for golfing guests.

What is the best way to get to the venue?

Answer

All recommended hotel options are located along Randall Rd a few miles from the venue. Randall Rd is the most direct route. Please advise that Randall Rd is high traffic at most times of day.

Will I need to pay for anything during the event?

Answer

Guests are not expected to pay for anything unless ordering drinks not included in the open bar package.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be outdoors weather-permitting, and the reception will be indoors. It’s an autumn wedding, so please plan accordingly and bring a shawl or jacket. There will be indoor and outdoor space available during cocktail hour
