Frequently Asked Questions
Question

Are children invited?

Answer

We love your little ones! However, due to many factors including space, we respectfully request no children, with the exception of our flower girls. This is an ADULT ONLY affair. We hope you take this opportunity to enjoy a date night with your significant other or enjoy a night out to yourself. We appreciate you making prior arrangements.

Question

Can I bring a guest who is not listed on the invitation?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation.

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

We'd love to see our friends and family get dressed up for our big day! The dress code is formal attire. Please no jeans or denim.

Question

What is considered formal attire?

Answer

Examples include suits, sports coats and dress pants, formal jumpsuits, cocktail dresses.

Question

What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

Because the ceremony starts promptly at 5:00 PM, we recommend you aim to arrive at least 20-30 minutes prior to the ceremony to park and take your seat.

Question

Are there any colors guests should avoid wearing?

Answer

We kindly request that you avoid colors traditionally reserved for the bride - whites, ivories, and creams.

Question

Are the ceremony and reception at the same venue?

Answer

Yes! Both the ceremony and the reception will take place at The Everly.

Question

Will the wedding take place indoors or outside?

Answer

The wedding ceremony and reception will be held indoors.

Question

Can I take pictures?

Answer

We are having an "unplugged ceremony" (no phones or cameras). The greatest gift you can give us is being fully present as we say "I do." We have hired professionals to capture this moment for us and we promise to share our photos as soon as we receive them. Before and after the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos and videos as you'd like!

Question

Where should I stay if I'm traveling from out of town?

Answer

We appreciate your willingness to travel to our wedding! Please check out the "Travel" tab above for more information about hotel accommodations.
