Where will the ceremony and reception be held?

Answer

We are so excited to have you join us at Crystal Cove State Beach. Our ceremony will be held on the sand (South Beach) and our reception will be held on Cultural Deck overlooking the water. Please see below for more information about our wedding guest shuttle!

How do I get to the ceremony and reception?

Answer

Please park or ride share (uber/lyft) to the Los Trancos parking lot (Los Trancos, Newport Coast, California 92657). The wedding guest shuttle will pick you up from the shuttle stop in the parking lot. Shuttle pick ups begin at 3:30. The shuttle will drop you off at the roundabout inside of the cove. From there you will walk to South Beach for the ceremony. When the ceremony concludes, the shuttle will be waiting at that same roundabout to then take you up to the reception. You will also have the option to walk up the stairs to the Cultural Deck for the reception.

Please park in the Los Trancos parking lot (Los Trancos, Newport Coast, California). A shuttle will take you from the parking lot to the ceremony location!

Please set your destination to the Los Trancos parking lot at The Beach Comber. (Los Trancos, Newport Coast, California) A shuttle will take you from the parking lot to the ceremony location!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive at the Los Trancos Parking Lot no later than 4:00. Our wedding guest shuttle will drive you from the parking lot to the ceremony. The shuttle service will begin at 3:30. Ceremony begins at 4:30!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Coastal Cocktail: Our celebration will be on the beach, so we encourage light and airy fabrics while keeping it elevated. For women we recommend summery mid-length to long dresses. For men we recommend long-sleeve button-up shirts with slacks (jackets not required but encouraged). The ceremony and reception are outside so sunglasses are welcome. Please no sandals, shorts, short sleeves, or ball caps.
