Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP no later than a month away from the wedding, so we know how much food and booze :) we will need. We will be sending out save the dates and invites so you will have plenty of time to RSVP. You can RSVP here www.zola.com/wedding/jaidenandeathan

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive anywhere from 15-25 minutes before the ceremony so you can get parked and seated :)

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes and no. Please be able to dress nice and respect not to wear white for the wedding. We would like for you to be able to dress comfortably but also nice.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Kids are more than welcome! Please keep them supervised as we won't be responsible for any accidents. We will have activities and things they will be able to do after the ceremony and gives our kids the chance to interact with other kids:)

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes, please let us know if you're allergic to anything so we can make sure we will have something available for you to eat, drink, etc.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there will be plenty of parking. We will have someone at the venue telling cars where to go. If you have stuff to drop off you can park in the front of the venue but will be asked to move your car with the rest of them

What are the addresses of the wedding ceremony and reception venues? Are they wheelchair accessible?

Answer

The ceremony and reception will be held at the same location. Currently it is not wheelchair accessible, but could change by time the wedding come, as the venue will be having some changes done before the wedding comes. Address will be listed on the bottom of the website and on the invites and save the dates

Will your wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be held outside and the reception will be held indoors. So please plan accordingly as we won't know what the weather will be like considering we do live in Indiana :)

Am I allowed to bring a plus one?

Answer

If you plan on bringing a plus one, please RSVP ahead of time and make sure to include their names as we will be planning everything depending on how many guests will be there. If you wait until the day of the wedding to ask about a plus one we will ask you to not bring them as we won't know if we will have enough food, drinks, etc. for them.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

At this time this is still undecided. We plan on making an event for stock the bar so we won't necessary need to have guests bring their card or money. Once we figure those details out, I will update this :)

Am I allowed to take photos at your wedding?

Answer

Of course! We just ask that you don't have your phone out during the ceremony as we are having a photographer taking pictures for us and I don't want a bunch of phones in our pictures :)

Can I post wedding photos on social media?

Answer

We do ask that you wait to post about the wedding until we have had the chance to do it first as it is our special day and we should be the first to post about it.

Where will wedding updates be posted?

Answer

Wedding updates will be posted through Facebook and if we know certain people don't have Facebook we will personally keep them updated. I'll try and keep up with the updates as we go the best I can so please hang in there for me :)

I have more questions about your wedding, who can I contact?

Answer

I know once the wedding gets closer everyone will end up having tons of questions. You can get a hold of us and when we get the free time we will contact you. If we don't happen to get back with you within a few days please feel free to get into contact with any of our family members.

What time will your wedding reception end? Is there an after-party?

Answer

We plan on ending the reception a little early as I'm hoping we can end up having an after-party with the bridesmaids, groomsmen, and any guest that can stay. More details will be provided, but if you have any questions feel free to reach out
