We met through my sister Jasmon about 15yrs ago. Being married at the time I didn’t pay him much attention. He was also in a relationship so we shared small talk and laughs in passing but that was it. Fast forward a few years, couple kids and divorces later we reconnected when we were both single. What started as a friendship and hanging out, quickly grew into something so much more!

We were out at dinner celebrating Sweetest Day and at the end of dinner after being really sweet and really funny, he got down on one knee and proposed(while crying) showing me the ring I had picked out and sent to him a month prior.(Also after spending weeks driving him crazy about wanting the ring) I was so surprised because he spent the same amount of time convincing me he couldn’t afford it and to give him until the beginning of the year!
