We can't wait to celebrate with you!

Jaici and Isaac met in September of 2024 during a community night hosted by College Park’s young adult group, Fireside. Before that evening, they had no idea who the other was. Both had been playing sand volleyball — Isaac’s team had just left the court, while Jaici’s team stayed for one more round. As the evening sky darkened, it finally became too hard to see, and Jaici’s team came off the courts. Luckily, she spotted a few of her friends chatting off to the side, so she joined them and sat down on a picnic bench next to a random guy she’d never met before. Moments later, some truck headlights shone directly at them. Jaici laughed, saying, “Oh my gosh, I just got blinded!” The random guy next to her replied, “Yeah, they’re hurting more than helping.” That guy, of course, was Isaac. What started as small talk on a picnic bench turned into hours of conversation — first at the bench, then at the Portico, and later over text. Eventually, Isaac asked Jaici out on a date… and even then, they just kept talking, never missing a beat. To this day, some of their favorite moments together are the simplest ones — when they’re just talking. Their love is easy, effortless, and full of gratitude. Now, they can’t wait to begin yet another beginning — the next chapter of their story, together.
