On an early fall night in September, 2014, Tori’s older sister, Becky, invited Tori to a Medford Union firehouse event on the premise there was a cute boy with a cool car she should come meet. Unbeknownst to Will, his 2010 Charger with spraypainted black rims qualified as means to warrant such a set up. Instantly upon meeting, Tori and Will felt a connection. While a few drinks may have helped, a stolen kiss in the stairwell (interrupted by Tori’s sisters) led to an exchange of phone numbers and the start of a conversation that just never seemed to end. On December 23, 2019, 5 years into their relationship, Will decided to propose. One evening, sitting on their couch at home in Medford, Will snuck away only to return quickly, get down on one knee, and ask Tori to be his wife. While staring down at Will’s nervous hands holding a small black box filled with the most beautiful ring Tori had ever seen, she answered, “are you serious?” To which Will replied, “is that a yes?” Of course it was a yes! Soon after the proposal, the purchase of their first home and a pandemic put wedding planning on hold. Now, Tori and Will couldn’t be more excited to take the plunge into marriage and finally celebrate with their closest friends and family!
