What is the attire?

Answer

The attire is formal with a focus on neutral colors as noted in the palette above. No sneakers, sweats, leggings. Please no white or bright colors i.e neon, green, red, yellow.

How do I book my room at the resort for the wedding?

When is the deadline to reserve a room?

Answer

The first deposits for the rooms are due end of June. After June it is not guaranteed that a room will be available. Please reserve your room sooner rather than later as the cheapest available rooms will be reserved first.

How long should we book our stay for?

Answer

The resort requires a 3 night stay minimum. You can decide to extend your stay longer if you'd like.

What if I want to board off the resort?

Answer

Please let us know if you plan to stay off of resort. Note that 75% of wedding guests are required to stay on site per resort contract rules. Wedding/ Event Pass: Allows the guests to come on property 1 hour prior to ceremony, and until the event concludes (8 hours max) Adult: $90 USD/pp Child: $45 USD/pp FULL Wedding/ Event Pass: Allows the guest to come on property for the day Adult: $180USD/pp Child: $90USD/pp

Are flights included in the trip?

Answer

No, flights are separate from the resort fees. Transportation is provided to this who stay on resort.

Can children attend?

Answer

Yes. If you plan on bringing someone under age 18 they will NOT be able allowed in the reception area but are allowed in the wedding ceremony. Please let us know the age they will be at the time of the wedding if you have not done so thus far.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

You can decide to bring a plus one to the trip and board with them. Please inform us if they also would like to attend the wedding as this has to be approved.
