The story of our love isn’t an ordinary one at all. An “island boy” originally from the small country of Dominica relocated to the US, specifically Broward county, Florida & lived out his youth all up to his adult years & a suburban girl born and raised in the South Suburbs of Chicago meet, fall in love, & begin their happily ever after. Jan. 2020 (right before Covid) both of our families (separately) set out on a cruise where we ultimately ended up meeting on the 4th day of our 7 day cruise. Keila thought that them meeting was just coincidence, but God had other plans. When the cruise ended and they head home on opposite sides of the country, but Jahmari found Keila on Instagram and “DM’d” her making sure she made it back home safely. From that day forward Keila & Jahmari’s bond grew day after day of them talking (long distance) and getting to know each other better. In March of 2020, Keila was traveling to Florida for a birthday party in which her and Jahmari planned to meet again for the first time since the cruise. When they finally met back up, it was fireworks all over again. After that initial meet up the long distance relationship had blossomed in which they were taking flights every other month to see each other until October when Keila decided to make her transition to Florida. By May of 2021 Jahmari knew that he wanted to be with Keila for the rest of his days. Which is when he decided to take the step of asking her to marry him. Keila also knowing she wanted to spend the rest of her life with Jahmari, SHE SAID YES!! Which is what brings us to this wedding website to celebrate them becoming one.
