We’re getting married

Our story began on March 9, 2023, when a mutual friend brought two hearts together at exactly the right time. From the very beginning, the connection was instant. Even living in different states couldn’t slow us down—we talked every day, laughed endlessly, and quickly realized something special was unfolding. Our first in-person meeting in Georgia felt like a dream. Thoughtfully planned and filled with love, it set the tone for everything that followed. A month later, a quiet and romantic trip to Panama City Beach brought clarity—we had found our person. Soon after, Jahlil moved to Georgia, trusting love and faith to guide the way. With the support of family and each other, we built a life full of travel, laughter, and unforgettable memories. On September 20, 2024, we purchased our first home, and on August 16, 2025, Sean proposed on the beach in Fort Myers. We are best friends, soulmates, and each other’s safe place. When we look at one another, we see home. Now, we can’t wait to begin our forever as The Medfords on July 4, 2026 ❤️
