What is the ACCOMMODATION FOR THE DURATION OF THE WEDDING?

Answer

We have accommodation organized near the venue for 3 nights: Nov 18, 19, 20. Based on your RSVP response we will reserve rooms for you. You can check-in after 3PM on Nov 18th, and checkout after breakfast on Nov 21st. One month before the wedding we will send more details on the accommodation.

What are the Meal options for the three days?

1. Breakfast on all days will be available in the main restaurant at the venue between 7 - 9AM 2. On Muhurtham morning (Nov 20th) we will also have breakfast carts organized at the event location (main lawn) so you can also grab breakfast there if you want 3. Lunch, Dinner and Snacks will be part of the wedding events 4. We will have alcoholic beverages served at Welcome Dinner and Reception

How do I Travel between accommodation & venue

Answer

All accommodations are within 1km of the venue. If you have your own a vehicle, we have ample parking at the venue and at the accommodation location, so feel free to use your vehicle to travel between the two. If you don't have a vehicle, we will have some cars available at all times. Before the wedding, we will make WhatsApp groups where you can request for cars to take you between venue and accommodation.

When should I arrive at the venue?

Answer

We request that you arrive at the venue no later than 4PM on Nov 18th to check into your room and give yourself time to get ready for the Welcome dinner at 6PM.

DO I HAVE TO ATTEND ALL THE EVENTS?

Answer

We realize schedules get in the way. If you're not able to attend a particular event, please mention it in your RSVP notes. Otherwise we'd really love to see you at all of them and be with us every step of the way! If you have to miss one or two they would be the Welcome Dinner on the 18th and the Haldi event the morning of the 19th.

IS THE WEDDING INDOOR OR OUTDOOR?

Answer

Most of the functions are outdoors so please dress accordingly. There will be some lawns as well (in case you're thinking of wearing heels). We will have shade covering but be sure to bring sunblock and sunglasses.

Is there any specific dress code

All these are suggested optional dress code. Dress to your comfort. Welcome Dinner: Western or Indo-Fusion Haldi: Yellow Color Indian Attire Mehendi & Sangeet: Fun and colorful Indian Attire Muhurtham: Traditional Indian Reception: Indian or Indo-Fusion or Western-formal with a Glam Twist ;)
