Dress code for Friday is tiki chic! Whether you like linen and floral dresses, or polos and short sleeve button downs, it's a night at the beach. Dress for warm weather. Shorts are totally fine. Saturday is Black Tie. Don't worry, while the venue has a beautiful view of the water, the entire day is 100% indoor and air conditioned!

Answer

We have shuttles from the White Sands, and Grenville on Saturday for all guests, whether or not these are the hotels you choose to stay. On Friday, the venue is located at the Jenkinson's Boardwalk, centrally located in town. It is a 15 min walk from the White Sands and many other hotels. Ubers are around 5 min.

How should I get around town?How should I get around town?

Answer

Uber and Lyft are pretty plentiful in the summer in the area. This is our preferred way to bounce around. If you plan on being more active, rental cars might make sense, but certainly aren't necessary. The hotels are located nearby beaches and restaurants. You could spend the entire weekend never taking an Uber more than 5-10 min.

The Friday event is located at a venue on the boardwalk at Jenkinson's Pavilion. They have paid parking at lots nearby, or street parking may be available if you are willing to walk a few blocks. The Saturday event has free parking.

Don't worry, this is just a save the date so we can reserve your calendar and provide you information on the weekend's festivities. Rooms book up, so please try to lock in your accommodations at your earliest convenience. Room blocks often release 3 months ahead of the wedding, or get filled sooner. If you are reading this, please expect an invitation with info about RSVPing as we get closer. Unless you found this on Google by accident. Then please send us a convincing reason, you, a random person would be a fun addition to the wedding.

We will request any dietary restrictions on our RSVP (gluten free, nut allergies, vegan/vegetarian, kosher, etc).
