We're Getting Married!

It all started at Kroger when we were just teenagers—around 14 or 15—crossing paths without realizing we were meeting the person who would change our lives forever. At first, it wasn’t love. In fact, it was the complete opposite. We went from strangers… to enemies… learning each other’s attitudes before we ever truly understood each other. But somehow, everything began to shift. What started as tension turned into conversations. Conversations turned into a real friendship. And before we even realized it, we became best friends—laughing together, growing together, and being there for each other through everything life threw our way. Somewhere in between all of that, feelings started to grow. Quiet at first. Unspoken. We went from best friends to secretly caring about each other in a deeper way—until those feelings became impossible to ignore. By 19, we weren’t just kids who met at Kroger anymore—we were each other’s person. At the beginning of 2025, in the middle of an ordinary moment inside a furniture store, something unforgettable happened. A question was asked… and she said yes. In that moment, everything we had been through—the ups, the downs, the growth—led us right where we were meant to be. Now, on March 20, 2026, we’re getting ready to say “I do” and start the next chapter of our lives together. Through every challenge and every blessing, we’ve chosen each other again and again. And now, we can’t wait to build a family, create a life, and continue growing—side by side—forever.
