Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

Dress Code: Formal Elegance. To create the elegant evening we’ve dreamed of, we ask that our guests dress in formal attire. For men, that means a suit and a tie. For women, we ask for floor-length gowns to keep the celebration timeless and classy.

Please RSVP by August 17, 2026

Question

Will transportation be provided on the wedding day?

Answer

Yes! We will be providing transportation for guests staying at the Holiday Inn on the wedding day. Transportation will take guests from the hotel to the church, from the church to the reception venue, and from the venue back to the hotel. The reception is planned to end around 2:30 AM, but you are more than welcome to leave earlier. Transportation will be available to pick you up from the venue and return you to the hotel.

Question

How long should we stay?

Answer

We recommend arriving Friday, October 9th and staying through Monday, October 12th so you can relax and enjoy the whole wedding weekend with us. Of course, you’re welcome to come for as long or as short as your schedule allows — we’re just so happy you’ll be there!

Question

Where should we stay?

Answer

We have arranged a special discounted rate for our guests at the Holiday Inn. The hotel is offering our group a reduced rate of $1,640 pesos +tax per night (regularly $3,020 pesos), which applies to both one-bed and two-bed rooms. To receive this discounted rate, guests will need to call the hotel directly at +52 (352) 526-3017 and mention that they are booking for the Jaelynn & Francisco wedding. The hotel does have English-speaking staff available to assist you. If you prefer not to call, you are more than welcome to book online at the regular rate. Staying at the Holiday Inn is completely optional—we simply wanted to provide a convenient and more affordable option for our guests.
