Staci and Jaelyn met their freshman year at East Carolina University. Even though they were both from Robeson County, they hadn’t officially met until college brought them together. On the very first day they met, they went to Bojangles and ended up talking for two hours. They knew right then they would be best friends. Since then, they have seen each other through so many of life’s ups and downs, including losses, major milestones, and the beautiful births of Staci’s children. Their friendship has stood the test of time, and Jaelyn is truly honored to have Staci by her side on this special day.

Ashleigh and Jaelyn have known each other their whole lives, thanks to their parents being close friends for decades. What started as childhood memories has turned into a lifelong friendship filled with love, loyalty, and so many moments. From international trips to Drake concerts, Ashleigh has always been Jaelyn's ride or die. Ashleigh is the kind of friend who always shows up and gives her all. Jaelyn knows she can count on her for ANYTHING, and Ashleigh would be there without hesitation. Having a friendship that has lasted more than thirty years is such a blessing, and Jaelyn is so grateful to have her by her side on this special day.

Brittney and Jaelyn have been best friends since middle school, and their bond has only grown stronger with time. They’ve always been like two peas in a pod, sharing COUNTLESS laughs, late-night talks, and many life lessons along the way. Brittney is the kind of friend who shows up, listens without judgment, and truly loves unconditionally. Her unconditional love is one of Jaelyn's favorite things about her. They’ve walked through heartbreaks, celebrated each other's achievements, and supported each other through every season of life. Jaelyn is beyond thankful for Brittney’s constant love and friendship and feels so blessed to have her by her side on such a meaningful day.

Danielle and Jaelyn have been best friends since Kindergarten. They went to Flora Macdonald Academy together for nine years until Jaelyn transferred to Lumberton High, but their friendship never changed. Later, they both ended up at ECU and kept right on making memories together. (They were roommates for 3 years!) Danielle is the friend who always answers on the first ring... and if she doesn’t, you know something’s wrong! She’s the one Jaelyn can always be her true self around. Jaelyn stood by Danielle’s side on her wedding day, and now it means the world to Jaelyn for Danielle to do the same.
Kenda Hunt

Kenda and Jaelyn have known each other for almost ten years, but they became close when Jaelyn and Kajun started dating. From that point on, their bond grew into something really special. Kenda has not only been an important part of Kajun’s life, but has become such a meaningful part of Jaelyn’s as well. Her warmth, support, and genuine heart have made Jaelyn feel like family. It means so much to have her standing by their side, and Jaelyn is so thankful to now call her both a sister and a friend.
Taylor Perritt Locklear

Taylor and Jaelyn have been best friends their whole lives. Born just three days apart, they can’t remember a time without each other. From riding around in ‘Little Red’ and weekends at the skating rink (always with a new outfit!) to celebrating Taylor’s wedding in Jamaica, they’ve shared so many memories. They even had joint birthday parties, including their Sweet 16 at the Holiday Inn and their 23rd at the Saddletree Community Building (You just HAD to be there... WHAT A NIGHT). Taylor is a true ride or die, always there through the good and the bad. Jaelyn is so thankful for her friendship and couldn’t imagine this day without her.

Whitney and Jaelyn have been best friends since 2017. If you see one, the other isn’t far behind (Literally... they even stay in the same neighborhood). Some of Jaelyn’s best memories are with Whitney, whether they were tearing up the roads in Robeson County, in another country, or trying out new restaurants together. People would always say, "Y’all don’t ever sit down somewhere!" Whitney has been a constant in Jaelyn’s life from the start. They’ve been through so many of life’s ups and downs together, and their friendship has never changed. Jaelyn is so excited to have her by her side as a bridesmaid.

Juliana has been a part of Jaelyn’s life since 2016, when she started dating Jaelyn’s brother. It didn’t take long for her to feel like a sister, and their bond has only grown stronger over the years. You know she’s a good one if she can put up with all of the Wynns! Jaelyn knows she can count on Juliana for anything. She’s the true definition of a loyal friend, and Jaelyn is so grateful that Juliana gets to stand beside her not only as a sister, but as a friend too.

Katlyn has been in Jaelyn’s life since 2020, when she started dating one of Jaelyn’s closest friends (and family), Chan. Over the years, their favorite thing has become grabbing Mexican food together and debriefing about their favorite books and shows. Katlyn has been such a genuine friend from the very beginning, and Jaelyn has never had to question their bond. Having her in her life these past five years has been a true blessing, and Jaelyn is so excited to have her by her side on this special day.
Braydon Locklear

Kajun and Braydon met the summer after 6th grade and their friendship has grown into a true brotherhood. Braydon has been by his side through both the highs and the lows of life, always proving to be one of his most loyal friends. Kajun is very appreciative of Braydon always being just a phone call away for anything he has ever needed and showing up right there when he needs him most. Their bond feels like family, which is why it means so much that Braydon is also the godfather of Kajun’s daughter, Kaydence. Kajun is grateful to have him as one of his best men.

Kajun and Braeden first crossed paths the summer after 6th grade, and their bond quickly became one of brotherhood. Over the years they have built countless memories together, with Braeden always being his “road dawg.” He has celebrated life’s highs with Kajun and has been there during the lows, which makes their friendship one that feels like true family. Fun fact... It was even at one of Braeden’s legendary birthday parties that Jaelyn and Kajun first met. Kajun is proud to have him standing by his side as one of his best men.

Kajun and Dean met their freshman year of high school and quickly built a lasting friendship. By senior year, they were teammates on the high school golf team, creating memories both on and off the course. They have shared countless experiences and made great memories doing everything together. Since then, Dean has always been just a phone call away and a loyal friend Kajun can count on. Kajun is grateful to have him standing beside him as a groomsman.
Teal Locklear

Kajun and Teal first met the summer after 8th grade, back when all the boys were heavy into gaming. Their first encounter was talking junk to each other over a video game without even knowing each other in real life! When they finally met face-to-face, the same energy carried over (and still does today). Teal has been one of Kajun’s funniest and closest friends for years, and every time they’re together it’s guaranteed to be a good time. Kajun is thankful to have him standing beside him as a groomsman.

John (JB) is Jaelyn's brother, but he and Kajun hit it off from the very first time they met. Over the last couple of years, they have built a friendship filled with laughs, good conversations, and many memorable moments. Kajun is grateful to not only be gaining a brother-in-law but also a friend. To Jaelyn, JB is one of her biggest supporters. She couldn't imagine life without him and is so thankful he will be standing by their side in April.

Kajun and Chris first met in 7th grade, but when Chris had to change schools their friendship was put on pause. By junior year of high school, they reconnected, and their bond picked right back up. Since then, Chris has always been a friend Kajun can call or hang out with, and he will forever be his biggest rivalry with their Eagles vs. Cowboys matchups. He is also known as the sports analyst of the group (Mr. Cowgirl), always keeping everyone updated and debating the latest games. Kajun is glad to have Chris standing with him as a groomsman.

Kajun has known of Chris since childhood, as Chris’s father was his principal from Pre-K through 8th grade. They grew closer in 6th grade when they bonded through the golf academy they both attended. Since then, Chris has been a loyal friend who is always just a phone call away and willing to help with anything. If you know Chris, you know that being around him is always a good time. Kajun is excited to celebrate with him and honored to have him as a groomsman.
Dalance Locklear

Kajun met Dalance at 9 years old when they both joined the Locklear Golf Academy. Their bond was rooted in family, as Dalance’s grandfather, Mr. Rayfield, and Kajun’s Papa Gurney shared a lifelong relationship through golf that naturally passed down to their grandsons. Together, Dalance and Kajun honored their grandfathers’ legacies through the game they both loved. Their friendship grew even stronger as they worked side by side as caddies at Pinehurst Golf Course for five years. Over the years they have remained close, always just a phone call away to reconnect, share memories, and be there for one another. Kajun is proud to have Dalance standing with him as a groomsman.

Kajun and Chan met through Jaelyn, and one of their first times hanging out together was at the Carolina Country Music Festival. From the get-go, they were able to bond and click with one another. Jaelyn has always looked at Chan like a big brother, which makes his role in their lives even more special. Both Kajun and Jaelyn are honored to have him as a groomsman in their wedding.

Sadie is Jaelyn's first godchild and has held a special place in her heart since the day she was born. Watching her grow has been one of Jaelyn's greatest joys. Jaelyn and Sadie used to talk about her wedding day long before Kajun was even in the picture. Now, it means the world to Jaelyn to have Sadie by her side as a junior bridesmaid and share this moment that they used to imagine together.

Kaydence is Kajun's daughter, and has been such an important part of Jaelyn's life from the very beginning. She feels so blessed to not only be marrying Kajun, but also officially gaining Kaydence as a bonus daughter. She means the absolute world to both of them, and they cannot imagine their special day without her by their side.

Sydney is Jaelyn's second godchild, and some say she is Jaelyn's twin! They share so many similarities, from their love of "fast" music to their love for chicken and pastry. Having Sydney as a flower girl brings Jaelyn so much joy, and Jaelyn and Kajun can't wait to see her shine on their special day.

Maverick is Jaelyn's third godchild, and he lights up every room with his contagious laugh and big personality. He is full of energy, keeps everyone laughing, and isn't afraid to tell it like it is!
