When and where is the wedding?

We’ll be tying the knot in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic on August 28, 2026. All events will take place at Secrets Royal Beach, so once you arrive, everything is just steps away!

Do I need a passport?

Answer

Yes! A valid passport is required for travel to the Dominican Republic. Make sure yours doesn’t expire within 6 months of your travel dates.

Is the resort all-inclusive?

Answer

Yes! Secrets Royal Beach is all-inclusive — this means unlimited food, cocktails, room service, entertainment, and beach access.

Do I need travel insurance?

Answer

We recommend that our guests add insurance. While it IS optional, it helps cover trip cancellation, travel delays/missed connections, lost or delayed luggage, and medical coverage and transport if needed.

What airport do I fly into?

All guests will fly into the Punta Cana Airport (PUJ).

How do I get to the resort?

Answer

Our resort rates include direct round trip transfers to and from the airport — expect about a 20 minute ride.

Are all guests included in the scheduled events?

Absolutely! Once you’re part of our group booking, you’ll have access to all wedding festivities — we can’t wait to celebrate every moment with you.

Can I bring my kids?

Secrets Royal Beach is an ADULTS-ONLY resort — so as much as we adore all of the kids, this one’s a getaway just for the grown-ups!

What's the weather like?

Answer

Expect warm, tropical weather (think mid-80s°F days and balmy evenings) — so plan for light, airy outfits. *Note that a light breeze and tropical showers are always possible*

Do I need to exchange my money?

Answer

Nope! U.S. dollars are widely accepted at the resort, and tips can be given in USD.
