When are room deposits due?

Room deposits are due no later than Oct. 23rd.

How much are the room deposits?

Answer

Deposits are $500 per room.

Can I choose my room?

Answer

Rooms are booked on a first come, first serve basis. I would highly recommend everyone to get their names in at their earliest convenience, to allow for everyone to get the rooms they want. (For example there are 3 Preferred Club Ocean Front rooms for 7 nights being held, Jodie has already received 4 emails/calls on this specific room.)

Final payments will be due no later than March 15th.

When can I book my flight?

Answer

Flights are available now for June. *(However, you do not need to book your flight yet, you can do this later on.)*

Do I get my deposit back if I end up having to cancel?

Answer

If you booked & made a deposit in October with Cancel for Any Reason Travel Insurance there's no penalty. If you booked & made a deposit in October without the insurance, your deposit is refundable only until February 15th.

Should I get travel insurance for this trip?

Answer

Cancel for Any Reason Travel Insurance is highly recommended & will price out between $69-$99 per person, depending on the price of your package. This must be added in at the time of booking & cannot be added in later. You will only pay for this with your final payment.
