we're so excited to celebrate our big day with you!

We met at a local bar (Metro) on Mass Ave. on Friday, June 2nd, 2017. It was the first Friday of the month and neither of us were planning to go out that evening but both ended up at the same bar. It didn't take too long for us to notice each other. After awhile we finally found the nerve to introduce ourselves. And after almost three hours of very meaningful conversation, we ended up exchanging numbers. Four days later we went on our first date. One of us ordered a single chocolate shake but then never offered the other one a sip!!! (Guess which one.) We waited a whole two days before we had an impromptu lunchtime date and checked out the Strawberry festival on monument circle. As anyone can guess by now, another date followed and then another and then another...

In September of 2017 we visited NYC for the first time as a couple and it became one of our most favorite, special places. That's why we had to go back in September 2019. Once settled into our hotel, we decided to hang out at the hotel's rooftop bar before dinner. Little did one of us know, the other one had some pre-dinner rooftop plans. Fast forward, by the time we sat down for dinner, we were engaged!
