Can I wear any perfume or cologne?

Answer

We'd like to ask everyone to refrain from using any fragrances due to allergies and sensitivities.

WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE TO THE PRE-WEDDING RECEPTION?

Answer

Arrive anytime after 4:00 pm, dinner will start at 4:30 pm sharp.

SHOULD WE PLAN ON STAYING THE NIGHT?

If you are coming from out of town the area has a lot of accommodation options. If you have any questions, please reach out to our wedding coordinator for suggestions

HOW TO RSVP?

Answer

Please kindly RSVP by May 1st. To RSVP, please visit the “RSVP” page or scan the QR code enclosed in your invitation. Once you have arrived at the RSVP page, simply type in your last name and fill out the online form. We look forward to celebrating with you!

WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE?

Answer

Attire Suggestions: Western Chic Men: think nice jeans with a button-down shirt or polo shirt, no suits or ties needed. Women: think flowy summer dresses, but keep in mind it is an outdoor venue so heels are not recommended. We kindly ask that guests avoid wearing white, dusty blue, or rustic orange, as we’d love for our wedding party to truly stand out.

WHAT IS THE WEATHER LIKE THIS TIME OF YEAR?

Answer

Typically, it is sunny and warm this time a year, dress accordingly and check the forecast closer to the day!

WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE TO THE WEDDING?

Answer

We recommend that you arrive 30 minutes before the ceremony time to make sure you are seated and ready for the festivities.

SHOULD WE PLAN ON STAYING THE NIGHT?

Answer

Due to venue restrictions, we have a limited number of camping spots available, but our goal is to make sure everyone gets a chance to celebrate all weekend long! Everyone invited to the wedding is more than welcome to spend the weekend with us! If you received a camping invitation, we have a spot reserved for you at the venue. If not, no worries! We’ve reserved a block of rooms at a nearby hotel, see the travel tab for more information. There are several other accommodation options in the area if needed.

CAN I BRING A PLUS ONE?

Answer

If your invitation includes a plus one, their name will be listed on your invitation. We wish we could invite everyone!

WHAT EVENTS ARE HAPPENING DURING THE WEEKEND?

Answer

The celebration doesn’t stop at the wedding! We’ll be keeping the party going all weekend at the venue! It’s a Twisp tradition to make a trip to Winthrop for ice cream and spend some time cooling off in the river, so don’t forget to pack your swimsuit. We can’t wait to soak up the sunshine, share more memories, and enjoy the weekend with all of you!

IS THERE A HOTEL BLOCK?

Answer

Yes! We've reserved rooms at Idle-A-While Motel. You can book with our discounted rate by calling the motel and changing the room of your choice into your own name. See more information under the travel tab.

AM I ABLE TO CAMP AT THE VENUE?

Answer

If you receive a "Bring your camper" invitation, then yes! Due to venue restrictions, we have a limited number of camping spots available. Our goal is to make sure everyone gets a chance to celebrate all weekend long, so please look into our hotel options!

Can I bring my dog?

Answer

We love your fur children, however we have decided to keep our ceremony and reception a Human-only event with the exception of our flower girl.

CAN I TAKE PICTURES DURING THE CEREMONY?

Answer

We kindly ask that you join us in an unplugged ceremony. Once the ceremony begins, please silence and put away all phones and cameras. We want everyone to be fully present with us in the moment, and for our amazing photography team to capture the magic without distractions. Don’t worry, we’ll be sharing all the beautiful photos with you afterward!

WHAT ARE THE RECEPTION DINNER OPTIONS?

Answer

We’ll be smoking turkey and a whole pig for the celebration, and serving the meats as delicious sliders. Sides will be potluck style, if you are interested or able to bring a side dish, please reach out to our wedding coordinator.
