Where should we stay?

Answer

We’ll be staying at Oak Haven Resort in Cabin #108, and we’d love for everyone to stay at the resort if possible! While you’re absolutely not obligated to stay on-site and are welcome to book accommodations elsewhere, all celebration events will be held at Oak Haven Resort. If you do choose to stay at the resort, we’d love for you to book near Cabin #108 so everyone is close together for the weekend.

How to book a cabin?

Answer

We’ve reserved Cabin #108 and would love for all guests to stay onsite with us at Oak Haven Resort & Spa. To book your cabin, please call 800-652-2611 and mention you’re part of the “Wright Party.” Cabins range from 2 to 7 bedrooms. You can view the layout and options on their website map, and we recommend having 2–3 preferred cabins in mind when you call so they can check availability for you. You can call now to place a 60-day hold on your cabin. A 50% deposit is required within that 60-day window, with the remaining balance due at check-in. If you’re attending solo and are open to sharing a cabin, feel free to reach out to Allison Reynolds (806) 216-0587. She can help connect you with a family that may have an extra bedroom, based on availability.

How can I get a ride from the airport?

Answer

We recommend arranging a rental car or using Uber/Lyft for transportation to and from the airport. A rental car may be especially helpful for getting around during the weekend.

If your invitation says "and Guest," then yes, if not, we would prefer if it was just you.

What’s the dress code?

Please join us in boho chic attire, think flowy dresses, earthy tones, linen suits, and relaxed elegance for a backyard celebration under the open sky. Most importantly, be comfortable & ditch the tight shoes, unbutton what you need to, and enjoy yourself fully.

Cancellation Policy & Resort Guideline:

Answer

For 1–3 bedroom cabins, cancellations, date changes, or shortened stays must be made at least 30 days prior to arrival to receive a full refund of the deposit. For 4–7 bedroom cabins, changes must be made at least 60 days prior to arrival for a full refund. Cancellations made within these timeframes are non-refundable. Please note that no refunds will be issued for early departures or weather-related events. Refunds will also not be provided for interruptions or failures of third-party services, including (but not limited to) cable, internet, water, sewer, electricity, natural gas, or phone service. While Oak Haven Resort maintains road access to all cabins, guests are responsible for reviewing and following all provided safety guidelines, including proper use of hot tubs, jetted tubs, grills, and other amenities. The resort is not liable for any accidents related to the use of these features. As a family-friendly resort, loud or disruptive parties are not permitted. Guests who violate this policy may be asked to leave immediately and will forfeit all payments. Please also respect quiet hours beginning at 10:00 PM.
