We encourage guests to dress in formal evening attire. Floor-length gowns or elegant cocktail dresses are welcome, along with tuxedos or suits.
The ceremony and cocktail hour will take place outdoors on the patio overlooking the river, followed by an indoor reception. Please plan accordingly for Florida weather.
May in Florida is typically warm and humid, especially in the evening. Lightweight fabrics are recommended.
Yes, there is parking available on-site at the venue.
Transportation will not be provided. We recommend using Uber or Lyft, as most hotels are within 5–10 minutes of the venue.
Please arrive 30 minutes before the ceremony start time to allow time for seating. For a 6 pm ceremony guests should plan to arrive by 5:30 pm.

Children are welcome to attend our celebration. We kindly ask that all children remain seated and quiet during the ceremony so that everyone can fully enjoy the moment.
We kindly request an unplugged ceremony. Please refrain from taking photos or videos during the ceremony and allow our professional photographer to capture these moments. We’ve invested in a wonderful photography team and want to ensure the experience—and the photos—are uninterrupted.
