What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

Please plan to arrive 20–30 minutes early to allow time to enjoy pre-ceremony appetizers and cocktails and finding your seat before the ceremony begins.

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will take place outdoors. The reception will be held in a combination of indoor and outdoor spaces. Please plan accordingly and check the weather closer to the date.

What will the weather be like?

Expect low 80s°F during the day and a crisp, cool night in the low 50s°F.

Will food and drinks be provided?

Yes! Dinner will be served, along with cocktails, great music and plenty of dancing.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

There will be transportation available if your hotel booking is at the Field and Stream Lodge. Stay tuned for transportation schedule!
