Question

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

Nope! We kindly request an unplugged ceremony. Please turn off all devices and enjoy being fully present with us. We want to see your beautiful faces, not your phones! We have hired professionals to capture this moment for us and we promise to share our photos as soon as we receive them. After the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos and videos as you'd like!

What should I wear?

Answer

Attire for this event is Cowboy Cocktail, meaning cowboy boots and western flare is highly encouraged :) Please dress nice as you would for a typical wedding, but when you pick out your shoes keep in mind that the venue is on a ranch with gravel. Feel free to take a look at this Pinterest board for ideas: https://pin.it/7eJZHk93r Additionally, because Colorado temperatures aren't always predictable in May, we recommend bringing an extra layer in case it gets cold in the evening.

What about transportation?

Answer

Due to it being in somewhat of a rural area, you will not be able to call an Uber/Lyft home last minute. We recommend scheduling your Uber ride ahead of time for 10pm that night when the reception is over. Another option is renting a car if you are flying in, or carpooling with others if you live locally or are driving down to Colorado. Don't hesitate to contact us if you have any questions about this.

Will the wedding take place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be held outdoors (weather permitting) and the reception will be indoors. Both the reception and ceremony will be held at the same venue.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to capacity restrictions at the venue, we are unable to accommodate a 'plus one' unless specified on your invitation.

What if I'm gluten-free or vegetarian?

Answer

For dinner we are having wood-fired pizza provided by Outside Pizza food truck. There will be a vegetarian option (Margherita pizza). For gluten-free, you will be able to go up to the truck, request a gluten-free pizza and they will get you taken care of!

Will there be adult beverages?

Answer

Yes, we will be serving beer & wine, as well as NA beverages. Please refrain from bringing your own as outside alcohol is prohibited by the venue.
