Question

When should I RSVP?

Answer

We ask that you RSVP as soon as you can, so that we can coordinate with our vendors. However, the deadline is October 1, 2025.

What if I can't make it?

Answer

Your presence will be missed. We ask that you RSVP "No" as soon as possible, If you have already RSVP'd "Yes", but find that you will no longer be able to make it please notify the bride or groom.

What if I didn't RSVP in time?

Answer

If we do not receive your RSVP by the date provided, it will automatically be marked "No." We will miss celebrating with you but it is imperative we provide our vendors with a final guest count within the time they have given us. Thank you for understanding.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Please arrive at least 15-20 minutes prior to ceremony start time to find parking and your seat.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Semi-Formal. For women, think cocktail midi dresses, skirts and blouse, nice pants or maxi dress. For men, suits or dress shirts/pants with ties optional. All fall colors are welcome! Ceremony will be outside weather permitting so dress appropriately.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to limited capacity, we are only able to accommodate those formally invited. If you receive a plus one, it will be addressed in the RSVP section of the website.

Can I leave my car overnight?

Answer

Yes, cars can be left overnight as long as they are parked away from the venue. They must however be picked up by 9am the following morning!!

Where should I stay?

Answer

First, thank you so much for traveling the distance to celebrate with us! We have provided two hotels that have room blocks at different price points, both located in Branson Missouri. If you look under the travel tab you will find them there. If you aren't wanting a hotel there are multiple Airbnb's located throughout the area!

Can I take photos and videos during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask that phones are put away during the ceremony portion. We have hired an amazing photographer and she will be there to capture the ceremony! Once this is finished, feel free to take as many photos/videos as you please!
