When Should I RSVP by?
Answer
Please RSVP no later than August 20, 2025. If you do not RSVP on time, we will assume that you are unable to attend.

Where is the Ceremony and What Time Does it Start?
Answer
The Ceremony is at Crestmont Hall. Address: 12400 Crestmont Blvd S W, Calgary, AB T3B 5W5. The ceremony begins promptly at 1:00pm.

What Time Should I Arrive?
Answer
Because the ceremony begins promptly at 1:00pm, we recommend you aim to arrive no later than fifteen minutes before the ceremony is about to being to ensure you are seated on time.

Where Do I Park?
Answer
There is plenty of parking on site at Crestmont Hall for both the ceremony and reception.

Where is the Reception?
Answer
The reception will be held at the same spot as the ceremony, Crestmont Hall.

Is The Venue Indoor or Outdoor?
Answer
The ceremony will be held outdoors (weather permitting). The cocktail hour and reception with be held indoors. Both the ceremony and reception are on the same site.

What is the Dress Code?
Answer
We would love to see all our friends and family get dressed up for the big day. The official dress code for all events are semi-formal.

Can I Bring a Guest?
Answer
Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those who are formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding, and please feel free to reach out with any questions.

What Do I Do In-Between the Ceremony and Reception?
Answer
After the ceremony concludes, the wedding party will be leaving to capture pictures off site. The reception space will not be open until cocktail hour starts at 4:30pm. We recommend you check out our “Things to Do” tab on this website where we have researched and shared some different restaurants and activities you can do after the ceremony and prior to cocktail hour opening.

What Do I Do if I Can’t Make it?
Answer
You will be missed! If you cannot make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP “not attending” so we can plan accordingly.

Can I Take Pictures During the Ceremony?
Answer
We re having an unplugged ceremony, meaning that once the ceremony begins, we ask that all phones be put away and silenced. We want everyone to be fully present with us and for our photographer to be able to capture the best moments, which we will absolutely share with you.

Are Kids Welcome?
Answer
We love your little ones however we have decided to keep our wedding and reception an adults-only event only with the exception of the flower girl and ring bearer. We encourage you to use this evening as a date night!

What Kind of Bar Will There Be?
Answer
There will be a toonie bar with drink tickets.
Question
How Will I Get Back to the Hotel?
Answer
We recommend Uber or Lyft to get you back to the hotel. It is about at six minute drive back to the hotels we recommended in our travel section. If you wish not to use Uber/Lyft please plan to have a designated driver to drive you home.
