We’re getting married!

Jaden told me he had a few days off of work to spend quality time together and surprise me with some fun adventures…It started off as a normal morning; we went and got coffee and I joked with him about what the days surprise may be. “Wouldn't it be crazy if you flew me somewhere for our surprise today?”. He laughed back and said, "I wish! We definitely have to do that sometime. But we're gonna have a fun picnic today". Little did I know, he already had a plane waiting for us only two hours later at the Concord airport! When we drove up to the plane I was completely shocked! This was my first time ever flying with Jaden (he’s a pilot!). He flew me down the coast of northern California and landed at the Monterey airport. When we arrived at the jet center, a car was waiting for us! We jumped in and started out for our “picnic”. I assumed we would grab pizza and sit on the beach but no! Nothing like that! Jaden drove us to an ocean overlook on the coast of Carmel and there was a luxury picnic setup with pillows, blankets, white flowers and even gold silverware! (enough to make me cry!) When we walked up to the picnic he immediately got down on one knee and proposed to me. It was the most special moment of my entire life. BEST. DAY. EVER. We met on a new Christian dating app called upward! We both desired to only date someone who was chasing after God in the same way we were and we found that + more! We both waited for God to bring the right person in His timing and He delivered, BIG TIME!
