Bad Weather: Porter Baptist Church Address

16562 US-52, Norwood, NC 28128 ~ We plan to have the ceremony and reception outside at the barn on Old Thompson Rd., but if the weather doesn't hold up, we will move it to Porter Baptist Church. We will reach out to everyone ahead of time if the weather is expected to be bad and we need to relocate. ~

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

The barn/ outdoor ceremony area is not an actual venue so we will get creative, but there will be signs guiding guests for parking! There is parking available at Porter Baptist Church if the ceremony is moved there due to weather.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We have labeled the dress attire as Semi-formal / Formal. We know that June is hot and suits and long dresses can be too much, so dress shirts, khakis, and casual dresses are great, too. Just as long as it's not jeans and t-shirts!

Yes, we'd love to see them!

Are you registered anywhere?

Answer

No, we are not registered anywhere. We do not expect gifts, but will accept donations to our honeymoon fund. Donations can be made here online on our registry page and there will be a donation box at the ceremony.
