Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

To help us with our planning, we ask that you kindly RSVP by August 1, 2025 by using the QR code on your invitation or by clicking the RSVP tab in the menu above. If we don't receive your RSVP by the date specified, we cannot make any exceptions and will have to mark you as 'no'. We need to provide the venue with a total guest count in a timely manner, we hope you can understand.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love your little ones as much as you do! However, we have decided to keep our wedding adult only, 18+ are invited. We encourage you to take this as a date night!

If I'm coming from out of town, where should I stay?

Answer

Our town has an abundance of hotels & Airbnb's to choose from! We recommend staying near the venue in Plano, Frisco, or Mckinney. Please see the "hotel" tab at the top of the page for two hotels within 10 minuets driving distance of the venue that we have group rates on!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes, we are asking our guests to dress up with us! Formal wear is required. Formal wear for gentlemen may include a jacket and tie or traditional suit, a tuxedo is not required. For women, floor length or midi length dresses. Please no casual wear, including jeans and sneakers! We also ask that guests avoid wearing colors reserved for the bride - cream, ivory, or white.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

We unfortunately cannot accommodate additional guests. Due to limited capacity, we can only allow the people named on your invitation. Your invitation will be made out to "{Your Name} & {Guest}" if a plus one has been given to you.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Arriving 30 minuets early is a great idea to be sure you're able to find the venue, get parking, and settle before it begins. Please note that late admittance will not be accepted, under any circumstance, once the ceremony has started.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We are having an "unplugged ceremony." The greatest gift you can give us is being fully present as we say "I do", we have hired professionals to capture this moment for us and we promise to share our photos as soon as we receive them. After the ceremony, feel free to take as many pictures and videos as you'd like!

Are the ceremony and reception in the same place?

Answer

Yes, both the ceremony and the reception will take place at the Aristide McKinney.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, the venue has a parking lot as well as street parking.

What should I do if I can't make it?

Answer

You will be missed! If you cannot attend please indicate your regrets on our RSVP tab so we can plan accordingly.

Can I bring my own adult beverages?

Answer

We will be supplying alcohol and have a bartending service who will be handling the beverages. Due to venue policy and regulations, outside alcoholic beverages are strictly prohibited.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes, the drinks are on us and the hangover is on you! Please make sure to arrange transportation if you plan on drinking, we want all of our guests to make it home safe!

What time does the reception end?

Answer

The reception will end at 10pm. We’re planning a fun celebration, so we hope you’ll stick around to dance the night away with us!
