We are getting married!

Where we met has always been a bit of a mystery, even to us. Did our paths cross in high school when our friend groups met during a game night at the student council state convention? Was it at the first BYX tailgate our freshman year that Jaden stopped by to say hello to a friend? What about the Pi Phi date party where Aaron was a guest of a mutual friend? Or maybe the double date we went on, but not with each other...? Regardless of where it initially began, we didn't know each other well until our fall finals week of freshman year. As our college friend group formed around us and the semester came to a close, we found ourselves spending more and more time together. From playing endless games of sudoku to texting all night into the early morning, we did everything together to avoid studying for our finals. Winter break came, and then the spring, and it became clear it was more than a friendship as we were spending every bit of our limited free time together. We officially started dating on February 18th (or 19th...another mystery we will never solve)! A month later, the world was thrown into a global pandemic, and we had to navigate our new relationship, which was now long-distance, for the next six months. The next three years flew by too fast, and we found ourselves facing the uncertainty of what came next. Knowing that the odds were against us as we both dreamed of attending highly competitive programs, we prayed for the Lord to open a path for us to be together wherever we ended up. The Lord provided, and we both got into our top continuing education programs, which happened to be in the same city. Following the path we knew was meant for us, we moved to Boston together in July 2023. Aaron is currently earning his JD at Harvard Law School, and Jaden is getting her master's at Boston University. Aaron proposed on December 17th while we were home for winter break, surrounded by those who have loved and supported us so well throughout our lives and our relationship. We are thrilled to get to share our love with those around us and are so thankful for everyone who has impacted us and our relationship in any way! We can't wait to share our marriage with you soon!
