How do I RSVP?

Answer

You can RSVP through our wedding website, or text the bride or groom. If you are doing it through the website, click the "RSVP" tab and type in the first and last name of any person in your party. You will be able to accept or decline for all associated to the invite.

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We ask that you RSVP no later than August 1, 2026. We will then give our caterer the final head count. Any outstanding RSVP's will be marked "no".

Is there any lodging available for guests?

Answer

A hotel block has been reserved at AmericInn by Wyndham & Econo Lodge, Belle Fourche and Holiday Inn, Spearfish for our guests! When reserving request a room under the "Hoeke Mailloux" Block!!

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Weather pending, we plan to celebrate our ceremony outside! In the event of South Dakota weather, all events will be moved indoors.

What time should I arrive for the ceremony?

Answer

We recommend arriving at the ceremony venue at least 30 minutes ahead of the ceremony start time to ensure you have enough time to find a seat.

What time should I arrive for the reception?

Answer

Since the ceremony and reception will both take place at the same location, if you decide to only attend the reception, please arrive no earlier than 3:30 pm to ensure you don't interrupt the ceremony. Social hour will be starting around 5:00 pm, with food service starting at 6:00 pm.

There is no specific dress code. If you need guidance, we suggest semi-formal or your "Sunday best"!

Am I allowed to bring my children?

Answer

Due to limited space, please only RSVP for those listed on the invitation. If you feel there was a mistake or have questions about those listed on the invitation, please contact the bride or groom.

Where are you registered for wedding gifts?

Answer

We are registered through Amazon & Target. You can access these by going to the "Registry" tab on our wedding website.

Are shuttle services provided?

Answer

A shuttle service has been hired to transport guests back to _____ between the hours of _____. Transportation needed outside these hours will be a personal expense.
