We'd love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day! The dress code is formal attire. Ladies can wear floor-length or midi-length dresses and pantsuits/jumpsuits. Gentlemen can wear a dress shirt, suit, and tie. Please avoid white/pale colour dresses and jeans please!
Due to limited space, we hope you appreciate that children are only invited if named. Your children's name/s will appear when you RSVP if they have been invited.
Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate the guests formally invited on your invitation. If you have received a plus one, you will be able to enter your guest's name when you RSVP via the website.
Your presence at our wedding is the most precious gift of all! However, if you do wish to honour us with a gift, a wishing well will be provided inside the reception.
Yes! We have arranged a return coach to select hotels around the Hunter Valley. Information regarding locations and timings of pick up and drop off can be found on the 'travel' section of the website.
Yes! If you have decided to drive, there is ample parking inside the venue car park.
Both our ceremony and reception will take place indoors. Cocktail hour will take place outdoors in the patio area just outside our reception room. There are concrete paths, so ladies, no need to worry about getting stuck in the grass!
We kindly ask that no photos are taken throughout the ceremony. You will be given an opportunity to take a photo at the beginning of our ceremony by our celebrant however we have hired a fantastic photographer to capture our day and would like to avoid devices in the background of photos. If you would like a copy of these photos, we are happy to share them with you.
