FAQs

Question

When should I RSVP?

Answer

In order to give our vendors the proper time to plan, we request that all guests RSVP by July 21, 2025. If we have not received a response by this date your party will not be included in our final headcount and we will be happy to celebrate with you at a different time.

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

Guests are expected to be in semi-formal attire - no jeans, please! The venue has a gravel parking lot and a lengthy walk in the grass to get to the ceremony space, so please take that into account when considering footwear.

Question

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our ceremony will be outdoors with the dinner and reception primarily inside. Weather in Washington is generally sunny and mid 70s this time of year. However, we advise that you look ahead and plan accordingly for your attire and accessories, just in case.

Question

Do I get a plus one?

Answer

If allotted a plus one, they will be addressed as "guest" on your invitation. Please ensure to provide their information with your RSVP or it will be assumed that you are coming alone. This is an adult only event and plus ones should not be children.

Question

Can I bring my kids?

Answer

While we love your little ones and understand the importance of your family, we will be having a child free wedding - please plan and RSVP accordingly.

Question

Where is the wedding?

Answer

The entirety of our wedding will take place at The Lodge at Trinity Tree Farm. Please use the address provided below for navigating and once on property follow signs to "The Lodge" 14237 228th Ave SE Issaquah, WA 98027

Question

When should I arrive at the venue?

Answer

The ceremony will start promptly at 4:00pm, please arrive between 3:30-3:45pm so you have plenty of time to take a picture and grab a seat.

Question

How do I get to the venue?

Answer

The venue is easily accessible by car and is serviced by Uber and Lyft if you will not be driving yourself. We understand that a majority of our guests are from out of town so if planning carpools be aware that there is a steep hill that large vans/buses (15+ passengers) are unable to navigate. If staying in Seattle proper please allow extra travel time, as our wedding is on a weekday and traffic will be heavy.

Question

Where should I stay?

Answer

We will not be reserving a hotel block as we want our guests to be able to easily explore the area, should they wish. The hotel nearest our venue is Springhill Suites Seattle-Issaquah and is about a 15 minute drive. For other hotels or AirBNBs we recommend looking in the Issaquah or Renton area.
