We first met back in 2017 at SDSU through mutual friends and quickly became friends ourselves. Fast forward to May 2019 — on the last day of Jade’s junior year and Peter’s senior year — we decided to go on our first date. Just one month later, it was official! After a year of dating in San Diego, we took on long distance while Peter attended flight school in Pensacola. Four years, countless flights, and one cross-country move later, Jade joined Peter in Virginia Beach in May 2023. Between a deployment, starting nurse practitioner school, and buying our first home, life was busy and it got even more exciting when Peter popped the question in December 2024 at Jade’s parents' home in Long Beach, CA. Now, we can’t wait to celebrate this special new chapter in the city we call home, surrounded by all of you.
