When should I RSVP by?
Answer
RSVPs will close on Dec 12 2025 if we do not hear from you we will have to assume you cannot make it.

Why a destination wedding?
Answer
As Jade's mom cannot be with us for special day, we decided to honour her memory by getting married in the same place she did back in 2019. So we would be honoured if you could join us for celebrate to be closer to her on the most important day of our lives.

Those who have been allocated +1s will be informed otherwise unfortunately we cannot accommodate for +1s

Are kids welcome?

We are only welcoming children of the bridal party.

Is there transportation?
Answer
There will be three pick up locations to the ceremony and then there will be transport to the reception. There will be the same three drop off locations at the end of the night.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
Please arrive by 3:15 pm at the latest to be ready for the ceremony to start at 3:30pm.

Do you have a gift registry?
Answer
As you are travelling such a long way, having you share our special day is gift enough.

Is there a dress code?
Answer
We would like smart summer wear, we ask no casual shorts or flip flops or sliders please.

Can I use my phone at the ceremony?
Answer
We ask that the ceremony be an unplugged ceremony and please do not use your phones or take photos during the ceremony we have a photographer and videographer. Feel free to use your phones at all the other events.

Where should I sit at the ceremony?

Pick a seat not a side, we are grateful to you all for coming.

Will there will be food?
Answer
Food will be provided at the reception. Including canapés and a BBQ. There will be unlimited water at the reception. There will be 3 hours of unlimited local beverages, soft drinks, beer and wine. There will be a bar to purchase any other drinks you may want.

Is smoking allowed?
Answer
Smoking is not allowed at the ceremony. We will check if there is a designated place at the reception.
