Jade and Kylee met at Faith Baptist Bible college, although they never had any classes together, and their paths rarely crossed. Jade was attending First Baptist church in Perry Iowa, and Kylee had recently started school in the spring semester. A mutual friend invited Kylee to try out FBC Perry, and Kylee decided to stick around. Jade and Kylee soon learned that they share similar interests, goals, and both had a weird and awkward sense of humor! After 3 months of getting to know each other, they decided it would be a good idea to start dating :)

If you know the Salazars, you know they're Disneyland people. Like, they LOVE Disneyland... a lot. Jade took the perfect opportunity to pop the question at a family vacation to the "Happiest Place on Earth." It was a four day vacation, and Jade asked Kylee to marry him on day three!
