We kindly ask that all guests RSVP by January 18th, 2026.
Both the Ceremony and the Reception will be held indoors at the same location, the Oak Lodge in Baton Rouge. The specific address can be found both on the invitations and the Home Page of our website.
Yes, our venue has a large parking lot that should be able to accommodate all of our guests.
The doors to the venue open to guests at 4:30 pm, however, we understand that outside factors such as traffic or weather may affect travel times. The Ceremony will not start until 4:45 pm.
The dress code for our event is semi-formal.
While we would have loved to invite as many people as possible, we are only able to accommodate a specific number of our closest family members and friends. Therefore, we respectfully ask that only those guests listed on the invitation attend the Wedding.
Our event is limited to guests over the age of 16. We thank you for your understanding.
We understand wanting to take pictures to celebrate such an exciting event. However, while you may be snapping a quick photo on your phone, our photographer may be fighting to get a decent shot without a phone covering someone's face. To hopefully accommodate as many people as possible, the Officiant will make an announcement prior to the start of the Ceremony for our guests to take out their phones and snap as many pictures of us on stage as they'd like. Then we will ask that phones be put away again for the remainder of the Ceremony.
We have taken into account allergies and dietary restrictions while planning our menu. While every item served will not necessarily be safe for everyone, there will be options available to ensure that everyone is able to eat, drink, and be merry.
The Reception ends at 8:00 pm with a sparkler send-off.
