Between 9:30 -10:30 to give you time to park and find your seat.

Yes if you would like to be in the all black photo with the wedding party.

Other than black attire how formal should my outfit be?

Men : black shirts ( can be short sleeve) and black pants or nice dress shorts. Women: black dress or skirt( doesn’t have to be long sleeve or full length) can be knee length or longer all depending on how cool you want to stay.

Will there be a place to change clothes?

Answer

Yes , we will have bathroom trailers available along with changing tents.

Will there be food? What kind?

There will be pizza, and salad. For dessert there will be ice cream.

Will be coke, sprite, water, sweet tea, lemonade, and energy drinks.

Yes some handheld fans and big fans. Yes we will have tents and umbrellas.

We are going to have a water balloon fight between the grooms team and the brides team! Bring what ever change of clothes for before or after.
